Ligaments are strong bands of tissue that attach one bone to another. ACL Reconstruction is a surgical procedure to replace a torn anterior cruciate ligament (ACL). These injuries are common among people who play sports because they make movements that can put a lot of stress on the knee. Post medical investigation it was found that he had an anterior cruciate ligament injury along with a tumor of the right fibular head.
