Note:
- Our representative will contact you between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM only.
- We will try our best to connect you with a specialist of your choice for online doctor consultations. We will alternatively connect you with another specialist in case your preferred specialist is unavailable.
- Selected slot is only indicative and actual appointment date and time is confirmed over the call after checking the doctor availability
- Online consultations will take place between 9:00 am to 6:00 pm only.
- Consultation fees remain same for both new and review doctor consultations
- Refund/Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: In case of non-confirmation of the appointment by a specialist doctor/refund/cancellation/rescheduling of the online doctor appointment due to any reasons, please email us at telehealth@yashodamail.com. Our representative will contact you.
Online Doctor Consultation: How It Works
- Fill in the Patient Details
- To confirm the online consultation with your Doctor make a online payment in the payment section.
- On successful payment, a mail/message will be sent to you with the details provided by you.
- Our representative will get in touch with you to explain the process and confirm the time slot.
- On confirmation, you will receive a meeting link for a video consultation with our doctor.
- Click on the link to start your consultation at the confirmed appointment time.
