World Heart Day 2023

Every time our hearts beat, it serves as a constant reminder of our existence and the profound connections we share with our loved ones. In order to avoid heart disease and reduce the risk of heart attack and stroke, it is necessary to adopt a healthy lifestyle at any stage of life. Age should never deter us when it comes to protecting our hearts.

Our heart is essential to living a successful, healthy, and happy life because it pumps oxygen- and nutrient-rich blood throughout the body while also eliminating waste products and impurities. The heart is essential to the cardiovascular system, which means that everything from the delivery of oxygen to the effectiveness of the immune system depends on it. Given its pivotal role in the cardiovascular system, the heart is indispensable to our body’s vitality, influencing everything from oxygen transport to the effectiveness of our immune system.

On the eve of World Heart Day, Yashoda Hospitals is organizing a fitness challenge across all four of its units in Secunderabad, Malakpet, Somajiguda, and Hitec City on 29th September.

The objective of the event is to promote heart health by inspiring physical activity and fostering an enjoyable yet challenging experience that revitalizes your body.
