Health Tips for Building Immunity – Dr. Nikhil Ghadyalpatil

It is a tough time for cancer patients, but I have some advice for all my patients here. Firstly, eat well, drink a lot of water, exercise, now when I say exercise I’d still prefer doing a few indoor exercises in these times. 

There are some suggestions for those who must start a gym, and there are people who have already started a gym, but definitely, these are the areas for risks. One should be careful.

Do a lot of yoga, some breathing exercises, these are indeed very good for our lungs and for building up inner immunity, which will keep you healthy and safe. You need to eat a lot of dry fruits and stay active and positive. 

If you are positive, everything around you becomes positive, and that would help in faster recovery for infections like covid-19.
